I started tanning at Mimi's in 1995. I knew that I had found a home from the minute that I walked in. I wasn't sure if Mimi was completely sain or not, but I just knew I love her and Paul. I had tried to tan at a few other places with no success, Mimi said that she could tan me. Needless to say I've remained a customer for 13 years so she was right. I was a little worried when she told me that she and Paul were going to retire and that Paula would take over, but everything has been great. The same great beds, the same great tans. Thanks Mimi's for all the good years.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!!! I have tanned off and on since I was 16 (now 23) and these beds are by far the best I have ever experienced! "Mimi's" truly stands by their customer service motto and ensures you with the safest tan possbile. I've never experienced this type of quality care and quality products!!!!

I am thrilled to finally write a testimonial for Mimi's, it has taken me a while, but here it is folks... I have been a customer at Mimi's for the last couple of years, before going to Mimi's I had tried other tanning salons in Knightdale that I was extremely unhappy with. I could not understand how I could tan for twenty minutes and come out of the bed with my skin color looking the same as when I went into the bed. I was also discouraged by the owners and the staffâ??s attitude, thank God someone finally told me about Mimi's Tanning Shak. I felt as though I struck gold the first day I walked in their door, not only was I greeted with such huge smiles from both Paul and Mimi, they gave me and my daughter, Jillian, a tour of their place and told us all about the beds, tanning lotions and made it a point to make sure that we had our eye wear, something that the other tanning salons never asked to see. I thank you for being concerned about protecting our eyes Paul and Mimi. Before ending this, I have to say since Mimi and Paul have retired, I could not be more happy with their daughter Paula running the tanning salon now, she always has such a beautiful smile on her face when we walk in the door, my daughter and I honestly look forward to seeing her and miss her when I miss a day or two of tanning. Paula, I do not have to tell you to keep up the great work.....you are a natural sweetie, such a kind and caring person, one who truly cares about her customers and we thank you for making tanning fun......You are the best!
